Buy a building from us
Tell us what you need and we will tell you what we can supply, in what condition, and what the building and the haulage each cost. Selling one rather than buying? Send photographs and get a price.
What we need to know to match you up
The more of this you can give us, the shorter the conversation. None of it is compulsory — a size and a postcode is enough to start, and we will ask about the rest.
Size, or the space you have
A footprint in feet or metres, or the area of the hardstanding it has to sit on. Either works.
The layout you need
Open plan, two offices and a store, canteen and drying room, toilets plumbed or chemical. Layout is what decides which of the buildings we hold can be adapted to suit you.
Where it is going
The delivery postcode, and whether a lorry with a lifting vehicle can get to the standing position. Haulage is a real cost and it is quoted separately, never buried in the price.
When you need it
A date, even a rough one. It changes which buildings are worth offering you.
Have something to trade in? Tick the part exchange box. A building coming the other way usually improves the arithmetic in both directions, and we will ask for photographs of it when we reply.
- Two figures — the building and the haulage — so you can see what you are paying for
- Refurbishment to your specification before delivery is usually possible
- Part exchange welcome — a building coming the other way is part of the deal
Not sure the category is right?
Ring the yard and describe the job instead. It is usually quicker than working out what the building is called.
