What is the fastest way to get a price?
The enquiry form or an email with a photograph attached. It collects everything needed in one pass, which usually means an answer the same working day instead of a run of emails asking for pictures.
Can I come and look at something?
The base is in Manchester and you are welcome to view a building before committing. Ring first though. Much of what we handle is out on collection or delivery, and it is worth knowing what is physically on the ground before making the journey.

What to have to hand
None of this is compulsory. It is simply what turns a first phone call into a figure rather than into a second phone call.
If you are selling a cabin to us
Rough length and width, the postcode where it is standing, and whether anything is still connected to it. Two photographs — one from a corner showing two elevations, one of the floor at the corners — answer most of the rest.
A batch is easier than a single unit, not harder. Send the lot and we assess them one by one.
If you are buying from us
How many people need to be in it, what they are doing in there, how long you need it standing, and the delivery postcode. If you already know the size you want, say so; if you only know the problem, describe that instead.
Access at your end matters as much as the unit does — gateway width, the ground the lorry stands on, and anything overhead.
If you want it taken away
The same photographs and postcode. Removal and disposal are separate jobs from buying, and which one applies depends on whether the unit still has value. We will tell you which of the three you have rather than assuming.
